So picture this: I get home with our first newborn baby, Sebastian. All of a sudden life hits me like a brick. The reality of being a new parent came on full force, and all the exhausting side affects that come with it. I felt like I couldn’t keep up, or maybe I was an inadequate father.
Here’s the truth, I wasn’t. At the time though, I felt this struggle was completely unique to me.
Have you ever felt like that? Was there a time when you thought what you were going through was more intense, and unimaginable. That no one else could relate.
We’re here today to help you see the bigger picture, and more importantly to remind you, that no matter what it is, you are not alone.
Also, you get to see us be goofballs, in which case, you are not alone if you think you are the only goofball in the world 😉
Have you ever heard someone say “know your why”. What does that mean?
In essence it means, know the reason you are doing something. Let’s take it a level deeper than that though. Is the reason you are doing something genuinely to make yourself happy, or is it something you are doing because you are “supposed” to.
So often, we get trapped into mindlessly chasing things, that we don’t actually even want! Our society has built in this formula for what success and happiness looks like, but if you never check in with what YOU actually want, you could reach your goals and find out that you still feel unfulfilled.

Sometimes manifesting is as simple as asking for help. Yep, you read that right. You see when we can combine our weaknesses with someone else’s strength, we can get to where we’re trying to go a lot faster, right?
For example, let’s say we’d like to go to Disney World, but we’ve never been before. We know there is so much to see, but we really want to see the castle. Could we get to the castle on our own? Sure! It might take us a while, we might misstep and get lost a few times, but we could probably get there. Well how about this, what if we had our very own personal guide who knows the park so well, and could not only get us there, but do so in the most efficient manner. That’s what we’re talking about! We can partner with someone, or ask for guidance and help from someone who is in a position to help us, this is how we are able to manifest our dreams even faster.
Self mastery is something you have heard us talk about A LOT. Why? Well, because it is so important. Self mastery of the mind, body, and soul are the bedrock to your success, and happiness in life.
Think about that for a second. That means that mastering these is step one then, because anything I want to achieve above this will take these areas of my life being in sync.
Today we are going to take this further and really talk about the key elements in creating the life you want, one of which is reverse engineering.
You’ll hear me chat about this quite a bit in this video – so what is it!? Reverse engineering is all about taking your biggest vision, and breaking the steps down to get there backwards or in reverse. For example, let’s say you dream of being a doctor. Breaking it down, well what do I need to do to become a doctor? Okay I need to go to college/medical school. How do I go to college? Well I need to take the SAT/ACT, and get pretty good grades in high school. As you can imagine, there are more steps and milestones to breakdown in addition to that, but this is the general idea, and you can do it with ANYTHING!
