The mind is a beautiful, amazing tool able to create so many things and come up with so many wonderful ideas and thoughts. Just think about it: every human creation in existence, was once just a thought in someone’s head. Mic drop.

We get trapped in “feedback loops,” whether it’s a catchy song that replays over and over in your head or an argument with your mom or your spouse that your mind won’t stop fixating on.

It’s hard to break out of these loops that steal our attention and suck vital energy from us.
