Chris and John share their thoughts on why it is so important to meditate. It is the most important thing you can do in your daily life because the practice trains you to create space between a trigger and your reaction. When life does not go as planned (which, let’s face it, is all the time), meditation enables you to quiet the constant chatter in your mind and instead respond with your full awareness. Meditation trains you to live in the moment, and creates enough space for you to choose your reaction to a trigger and reframe your response.
