How to Press into Zombie Press – Tutorial

John Yax demonstrates more techniques to build up to the press part of the Zombie Press. Beginners can start with the donkey kick, progress into hovering your feet, then lifting your feet. Next try bent knee press and eventually straight leg press. Remember that practice makes perfect!
