You are a gift and You are unique…
We all have a special gift that gives us our purpose in life. We may not recognize it at an early age and often forget about it, and later in life, realize what our place is in our existence.
What’s the first thing that comes to your mind when you wake up? Is it, “today is going to be a great day!” or “not again…”?
What we think primes our mind and makes us encounter things, events, experiences in line with that thinking. We’re like magnets that draw us to what we radiate.
Have you heard of the Law of Attraction?…
Have you ever noticed that when you go through something really difficult, you come out on the other side, stronger, more patient, or with some kind of new wisdom?
That’s how we learn our greatest lessons in life, through experiences. Often we want to go through life with sunshine, and rainbows, and a unicorn or two, but what we’re doing when we say that, is that we don’t want to grow.
In order to grow, we have to go through uncomfortable times, but in the end, we are always grateful that we did.
Can you make a living doing what you love?
A lot of people feel like you can’t have both. For instance they might be incredibly passionate about painting, but they don’t think they’ll ever be paid well enough to live off of that – ever heard of the starving artist?
I’m here to breakdown those myths, and remind you that there is a recipe for success in anything you do, including this.

Have you ever heard someone who practices yoga say they started for the workout, but then found so much more? It helped them with their stress, coping after a loss, being mindful, and living in the present moment. Well, I am here to tell you IT’S TRUE!
Yoga teaches us about the mind, body, soul connection. What I mean by that is, when you begin to practice yoga, your mind starts to quiet, and in that quiet you are able to live whole heartedly in the moment. This allows us to process things as they happen so that emotions don’t get stuck, and boil over later (you all know what I’m talking about)
